BA (Hons) Architecture
Tom is the strategic anchor of Target Green Ltd, with two decades of architectural experience across residential, healthcare, industrial, and retail sectors. Known for his grounded leadership and clear communication, he guides projects from concept to completion with care and precision. Alongside his role in business management, Tom also oversees design compliance, including planning and building control submissions. He ensures that every project advances with the right balance of design ambition, legislative compliance, and environmental consideration—including ecology and sustainability requirements.

Christine has a proven track record in property development, operations, and high-level project delivery. Her work spans complex, multi-million-pound developments, where her exacting standards and organisational skill ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to an exceptional quality. With a flair for enhancing interior environments—whether for improved occupant comfort or property upliftment for resale—Christine’s contributions bring lasting value. She also leads the Finance and HR departments, where her structured approach and interpersonal sensitivity keep the engine of the business running smoothly.

Samantha brings nearly 20 years of experience in architectural and technical design, spanning healthcare, science, education, commercial, and residential sectors. A qualified Interior Designer and Retrofit Coordinator, her approach integrates spatial insight with deep technical knowledge to create environments that are both highly functional and deeply human. Her passion lies in understanding how people inhabit and move through space—designing places that don’t just work but truly feel right. She leads the design team with an emphasis on lighting, flow, materiality, and atmosphere—producing spaces that enhance lives from the inside out.
